Obie is Lucy’s current top horse and one she has high hopes for in the future, he joined the yard in 2019 and has since gone on to achieve many placings and wins and competed up to 4* level. Obie was the youngest horse selected for the Junior European Development Squad in 2020 and Lucy is planning on establishing him at the 4* level in 2024 and aiming for the Young Rider European Championships. Outside of eventing, Obie has produced fantastic clear rounds at 125m and 130m in Showjumping and Lucy is hoping to compete him at some more major shows over the winter.
